Ready to get your Pilates on? You don't need too much - just a mat, or even a towel if you're doing the class on carpet. If it's hardwood flooring then make sure you've got some grippy socks or shoes (plus possibly an extra layer underneath for those rocking movements). Outside classes on grass or sand are best done barefoot but remember to lather up with sunscreen! Bonus points: sweat towels and water close by; weights, resistance bands, Pilates circles and Pilates balls; yoga blocks (or cushions/pillows) can also really step things up – let us know if you want any help getting them (or any Pilates equipment). Now bring it all together so we can rock this session!

Of course you can! There are always several options to choose from to make the exercise harder or easier depending on what you need. The most important thing is to give it a go and adjust from there - you never know what your body is capable of! Pilates is just another system of movement / exercise - we promise anyone can do it.

Please advise the Instructor if you have any pre-existing injuries or if you have any questions or concerns about your participation in class.

Everyone is busy - you’re probably doing an online workout because it’s the only way you can fit it in! Classes will start on time - this is also so the people doing the recorded version of the class don’t have to sit around listening to us chat whilst we’re waiting for the latecomers. Please make sure you log on 5 - 10 minutes prior to class to let the Instructor know of any questions or concerns you have before starting.
