Meet Anna

A former physiotherapy student at the University of South Australia and volleyball coach with the South Australian Sports Institute, Anna fell in love with Pilates, barre and yoga and hasn’t looked back since. After completing over 400 classes in 18 months, she decided the instructors looked like they were having too much fun, and promptly completed certifications in both mat and reformer Pilates.

Anna enjoys a good playlist or podcast (Pilates-related of course!), and got to dance on stage with The Beach Boys in 2015.

Her passion lies in empowering individuals to move without fear or worry, and believes that Pilates is the perfect way to achieve this. With its adaptability and creativity, Pilates offers a fun, safe and effective full-body workout that can be tailored to each individual’s needs.
